Our Mission

Workshops for Warriors® (WFW) is a fully audited, board-governed 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The mission of WFW is to provide quality training, accredited STEM educational programs, and opportunities to earn third party nationally recognized credentials to enable veterans, transitioning service members, and other students to be successfully trained and placed in their chosen advanced manufacturing career field.

401k + Matching

Discretionary 401(K) matching up to $1,000 annually. 

Paid Time-Off

Full-time salary employees accrue ten (10) days/eighty (80) hours per year. Paid time off the last week of the year during business closure. 8 Paid Holidays & Winter Break.

Leave of Absence

The company will cover health care premiums during Parental Leave.

Workshops for Warriors, Inc. is applying to become a candidate for accreditation with the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education.
