In his open letter to Isabel Guzman, the 27th Administrator of the Small Business Administration, Workshops for Warriors Founder & CEO Hernán Luis y Prado calls for a better equipped and trained manufacturing force. “If we do not begin creating a national training infrastructure now,” Hernán says in the letter, “[the employment] gap will widen to 2.4 million [unfilled manufacturing] positions by 2028 and we will continue to fall behind globally.”
